To Contact your U.S. Representative Via E-mail:

1. Visit www.house.gov/writerep
2. Select your state from the pull-down menu.
3. Enter your full zip code (zip plus four).
4. Click on the "Contact My Representative" button.
5. Click on the "Send a message to [name of representative]" link.
6. Fill out the electronic form of your name and address
7. Write and submit your message

To Contact your U.S. Representative by fax:

1. Visit http://www.house.gov/Welcome.html
2. Enter your full zip code (zip plus four) in the upper left-hand corner. Click on "Go."
3. Click on the link to your representative’s web site.
4. Locate the “Contact” or “Constituent Services” button or scroll through your representative'’s web site to find the fax number for your representative'’s office.
