Summer Sessions in Greece – 2005
Session I. June 13-July 27, 2005
Session II. June 20 – August 3, 2005

Explore the sites and monuments of Greece in a six-week intensive program based in Athens and Attica, with three weeks of trips to North and Central Greece, the Peloponnesos, and Crete.

Open to graduate and advanced undergraduate students and to high school and college teachers of classics and related subjects, each session is limited to 20 participants.

Directors in 2005 are Professors Mark H. Munn and Mary Lou Zimmerman Munn, Pennsylvania State University (Session I), and Professors Lee Ann Riccardi, College of New Jersey, and Christina A. Salowey, Hollins University.

The fee of $2,950 covers tuition, room and partial board in Athens, travel and lodging on the trips, and museum and site fees. (The fee does not cover international airfare, some meals, and incidental expenses.)

Admittance is based on transcripts and letters of recommendation. A number of scholarships are available. Applications postmark deadline is January 15, 2005
